Dance Therapy

Dance therapy is a practice of self-soothing and self-honoring. It encourages turning fear, anger, frustration, aggressive emotions or painful thoughts into a fearless movement of courage, strength and self-expression. Dance therapy develops virtues of emotional awareness, creative expression, corrective behavior, compassion and patience. Dance therapy is the oldest therapy used by indigenous people to celebrate life and death as well as balance the mind, body and spirit. I share with you Inner Child Dance Therapy, which is a practice of dropping into joy, imagination and sensuality of the 5 to 9 year old self for character development, self esteem and personal value, supporting charisma, grit and self-acceptance. Virtuous living establish a more well-rounded, humble and agile life that encourages discovery and participation for greater experience of one's ability to create and destroy.
